Gay Men's Buddhist Prison Network

THURSDAY, JULY 10th 7:30pm-9pm

San Francisco Zen Center Dining Area
300 Page St. (at Laguna)

An informational meeting to discuss the

GAY MEN’S BUDDHIST PRISON NETWORK

A collaboration of the Gay Buddhist Fellowship, the Gay Men’s Buddhist Sangha
and the San Francisco Zen Center Prison Outreach program.

 Pizza to be provided.

We are presently forming a network between the GBF and GMBS Sanghas to more fully support our gay, incarcerated Dharma brothers. Please join Lee Lipp (the SFZC Prison Correspondence Coordinator) and our Sangha members who will talk about, how writing to people living behind bars enhances and manifests their own practice. This meeting is a Q&A event to help you decide if you’d like to be personally involved by corresponding to gay prisons. This meeting will be followed by additional training and support sessions to help us keep each other company in this heart filled offering.

Please RSVP to Jim Shalkham (GMBS) jim_shalkham@yahoo.com so we know how much pizza to order. Thanks and bows.
